<p>I didn’t choose <em>Cozy Home Hacks</em> as a blog name at random.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I chose it because, for me, having a cozy, warm inviting place to call home is important. It’s what I like to spend my time in, and what I like to offer to my guests.&nbsp;</p>

<p>That’s why I want to help everyone create a cozy home for themselves, in which they feel safe and at peace.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This post is designed to offer exactly that: tips &amp; tricks that will help make a home feel cozy. Some were learned from interior design experts, others were personally implemented by me in my own house, and I think they definitely did the trick.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Before we start, I have to say that these cozy home hacks below are simple suggestions and recommendations based on previous experiences. While most people would feel good in these types of spaces, I’m sure there are some who feel at ease in dark places, or in minimalist, very clean houses. So take this advice and adapt it to your needs and preferences. The most important thing is for you to feel good in that space. And that could look differently from case to case.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Let’s go! Here are 15 cozy home hacks to help you make your home feel cozy:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. Declutter your home</strong></h2>

<p>During the pandemic I realized I had to create a more relaxed, peaceful environment for me and my partner to live in. And the first thing I did was to <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/how-to-declutter-your-home/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">declutter my home</a></span></strong>. (it didn’t hurt I suddenly had all the time in the world, but that’s another topic)</p>

<p>I wrote down all the areas I wanted to declutter or felt were too crowded, then I made a plan to tackle one at a time. One day I tackled my kitchen cabinets, another day, the closet, and so on.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You can definitely go even smaller, and do one drawer at a time. Whatever moves the needle, like a girl on YouTube always says.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The goal here is to declutter all the things you don’t need or want anymore, so you can create space &#8211; for yourself, your guests&#8230;or other things 🙂 Also, the decluttering process also helps make the room seem brighter and more inviting, therefore cozier.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. Use warm tones (wood, yellow, orange, red, beige)</strong></h2>

<p>This is an interior design recommendation I see everywhere and I have to agree with it: use warm tones in your decor, because it helps create a warmer space.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I have a lot of beige, warm yellow, and some reds and oranges in my living room and I love it. I also go for wood when it comes to furniture, in bright or slightly darker colors.&nbsp;</p>

<p>These warm tones can also be found (and used) in couch colors, throw pillows, blankets or even wall art.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3. Add throw pillows to the mix</strong></h2>

<p>Throw pillows always make a room better. Just kidding, not always, but they do help give a pop of color and / or personality to a specific area of your house.&nbsp;</p>

<p>For example, I love adding <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/amazon-throw-pillows-geometric-design/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">throw pillows with geometric design</a></span></strong> to my living room couch. For my bedroom, I go for yellows, oranges, beiges, you name it.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This is probably one of the easiest cozy home hacks to implement: just make sure you have at least 2-3 throw pillows in any lounging, sit down area in your house!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>4. Make the house smell nice</strong></h2>

<p>When it comes to creating an inviting environment for guests, one of the best ways to do it is to make the space smell nice.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There are so many ways to go about it. You can have candles or oil diffusers. Or use wall plug-ins. You can even create a simmer pot, especially during fall or winter. Check out my post on <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/how-to-make-your-house-smell-like-fall/"><em>How to make your</em></a><em><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/how-to-make-your-house-smell-like-fall/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> </a></em><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/how-to-make-your-house-smell-like-fall/"><em>house smell like fall</em></a> </span></strong>for more ideas.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Either way, make sure your home smells nice, trust me, it will make a difference!&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>5. Cozy it up with rugs&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/JqrnTxGKSx-34_06kO3pBbxUcN_rw9PiF35sJIb3aXAVlRDj_niK6Y0Yj_RYsC5IHEIeEMgC52prE8RZMwyUV2SCkP5cORQlj3CrXZdLuANwaK6IDDF7DqzMFg5mz7O-ONKkSrZo=s0" alt="cozy home hacks - rugs" width="600" height="400"/></figure></div>

<p>I love adding rugs to my home. Not only do they make my feet warm and cozy, especially during winter, but they can also brighten up the space, and add warmth both in appearance and functionality.</p>

<p>I have a beige IKEA one for my living room, and it’s great. Matches with the rest of the furniture, and it feels so good to walk barefoot on it. I bet it won’t be that good when I decide to have a baby or get a pet, but for now, for the two of us, it works.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In my opinion, all living rooms need a rug. Also, consider one for the office (if you have one), and one for the bedroom, of course. I would even go as far to recommend one for the hallway, but that’s just me, you do you.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Don’t know <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/how-to-choose-a-rug/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">how to choose a rug? Check out this post</a></span></strong>!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>6. Play with soft lighting&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>If you’re the type of person who likes to have a bright, open home, then you probably already know what I’m about to recommend.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Soft lighting solutions, like candles, string lights, a fireplace, or warm light bulbs, help give a wonderful glow to a space. This is actually one of the most underrated cozy home hacks out there.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Since I don’t have a fireplace, I rely a lot on candles and string lights, and it looks so cool! I love the vibe it gives. Try it out for yourself!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>7. Add personal elements to your home&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>People feel safe and at ease in friendly, social environments, not in industrial, bare spaces. If you want to give personality and a human touch to your home, you need to incorporate personal elements.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You can do that by decorating your house with frames (pictures of you and your family &amp; friends). Or by having collages or your own artwork displayed on the walls. Similarly, if you have kids, you can display your kids’ drawings in the kitchen or office area.&nbsp;</p>

<p>There are so many things you can do. The trick here is to make it as human as possible.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>8. More seating options</strong></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/92tNcwNvJ7x0Vpgtg-_YFEcIsgrp3tfNLozZz6byKPyFCSoKrHFJxhvpnSZSspPuLtJlNgC-gIM5XlbcDRCwI5vJ8IqligWna5aSSm-y-zBDKV3icqfTRpXs5pGb54Jy5GtjBrVX=s0" alt="more seating options" width="423" height="491"/><figcaption> Photo source: Pinterest &#8211; https://www.pinterest.com/pin/802274121126098713/ </figcaption></figure></div>

<p>This is one of the cozy home hacks that I learned recently, from an interior design course, and I love it, because it makes so much sense.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In order to make your home more inviting and cozy, you need to think of it as a place for gatherings, so that means more seating options. Because the more spacious and more inviting it is, the cozier it will feel.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The picture above is a great example. Not only does it have two couches, but it also offers two chairs and an ottoman.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Another thing you can add as a seating option are floor pillows, if you don’t want to invest in something bigger or don’t have the space for it.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>9. Large coffee table or dining room</strong> table</h2>

<p>Similarly to the idea of having more seating options, having a large table also suggests the idea of socializing.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A big table brings to mind lunches and dinners and snacks, or board games and card games. It makes the space feel inviting and cozy.&nbsp;</p>

<p>For example, our dining room table always doubles as a great board game table, and it’s probably my boyfriend’s favorite purchase of the house.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>10. Add mirrors&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/CqnAx1fVER4cVXYHRUtvQ5AO0gcCIwomrFEwdvqh09qHJYK0PuKd4oxHOK4k2blGOmCECdQ44QtXeaB8_4b8AiDHS5S2Jd4WvjEZeZrclNuqlRQxX8HEt5XycpQkRRII6ofCGlpO=s0" alt="anthropologie mirror " width="480" height="720"/><figcaption>Anthropologie mirror</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Did you know that mirrors help the light bounce around the room, adding warmth to darker areas? So, since you’ve already added the soft lighting, now it’s to maximize its power with mirrors.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The cool thing is that they also make the room seem bigger, so double win!</p>

<p>I have one in my hallway, and one in the living room, and it definitely helps reflect more light. I highly recommend getting mirrors.&nbsp;</p>

<p>And if you’re in the market for a cool mirror with a unique design, check out these<strong> <a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/anthropologie-mirror-amazon-dupes/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Amazon dupes for the famous Anthropologie mirror</a></strong>.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>11. Cozy home with cozy blankets&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>If you want to go an extra step and make your place even more cozy and warm, definitely invest in some quality blankets. The fluffier, the better.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I love this <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/391xZ4W" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Amazon sherpa throw blanket</a></strong>: it has two sides, and it comes in so many colors, just take your pick. You can get it <a href="https://amzn.to/391xZ4W">here</a>!</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/391xZ4W" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/mjfNstMlsqPIRSfzqQoi8hOniJEOmKA25MpHi3dd87sige34JgbvQyJOSgNyvNo2UCfOtJ3GaMWa-va-LKqoizYw7pfcgFc-zdma4JqgntZ1g-rb65YjMladXnTeKXcCmsmT8kln=s0" alt="amazon sherpa throw blanket" width="467" height="400"/></a></figure></div>

<p>They are suitable for colder months, yes, but you can get thinner ones for spring and summer, too.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>12. Incorporate texture</strong></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/kFuTfUoG5Tw1lwyKuXP8U0GbOgCnbbsolJ_7c1-V-m9P0RelKxoLAM3u2mZIoZxTuA-w2uenpXfYUM5x3eVn3MA9IM52_duroLePlFyfV7lT2VIY674iA0jNEhL1l7-MyWvs6XCU=s0" alt="cozy home hacks - texture" width="600" height="400"/></figure></div>

<p>Texture can also warm up a space, and you can do that with more than just your regular throw pillows or blankets.&nbsp;</p>

<p>That means leather stools, wicker baskets, velvet pillows, window treatments and so on.</p>

<p>Next on my home renovations / decorations list is a leather chair, I already have it picked out, I just need to budget for it, but that’s a whole different discussion.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>13. Decorate for the holidays&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>Decorating for the holidays is one of the most underrated cozy home hacks.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A decorated home is not only festive, but also inviting, So that makes it cozy for most people.&nbsp;</p>

<p>So next time Thanksgiving or Christmas or Easter rolls around, consider a few festive decorations around the place, it will make a difference.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>14. Plants</strong></h2>

<p>Plants are amazing for a home: they help clean the air by absorbing toxins, increasing humidity &amp; producing oxygen. Honestly, you need plants in your home.&nbsp;</p>

<p>But they also look great and can provide privacy and reduce stress.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Honestly, there are so many benefits to plants! So many, actually, that they help create a nice environment, so yeah, plants should definitely be on the list of cozy home hacks.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>15. Wall Art</strong></h2>

<p>This might be a controversial opinion, but some people think blank walls have no personality. And I tend to agree, although I strongly believe you don’t need to cover absolutely every wall in your house. Actually, a blank, white wall can have a very powerful effect on a space.&nbsp;</p>

<p>But for most cases, I do think you need to use your walls and decorate them somehow, be it with an actual painting, or prints. This hack ties in with #7, adding personal elements. That helps create an inviting environment.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>CONCLUSION</strong></h2>

<p>These days, it’s easier than ever to create a cozy home for yourself and your family. You don’t even need to spend that much money on it. I hope my 15 cozy home hacks will help you create a wonderful, peaceful space!</p>

<p>Autumn is coming up and one of the most important things you need to know is how to make your house smell like fall.</p>

<p>Why?</p>

<p>Because smells affect our mood, according to <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/do-scents-affect-peoples/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Scientific American</a></span></strong>:“Odors do affect people&#8217;s mood [&#8230;] it isn&#8217;t because odors work on us like a drug, instead we work on them through our experiences with them. That is, in order for an odor to elicit any sort of response in you, you have to first learn to associate it with some event.”</p>

<p>That’s why, for example, some people love the smell of apples. They do because their mother used to make apple pies every weekend when they were little. So naturally, they now associate apples with a warm, loving feeling.&nbsp;</p>

<p>So if you want to have a cozy home in which you feel safe and at peace, it’s time to figure out how to make your house smell like fall.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It could be as simple as lighting a <strong><a href="https://www.bathandbodyworks.com/c/home-fragrance/all-candles" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Bath &amp; Body Works candle</a></strong>. Or using fall scented cleaning products. Or, if you have time, and want to go the homemade route, try making a simmer pot (more details on how to make one below).</p>

<p>Either way, a nice smelling house will improve your and your family’s mood, so definitely check out the options below and choose at least one for your home.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Here are my top 6 ways to make your house smell like fall:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Option 1: Candles</strong></h2>

<p>The first and obvious choice: candles.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Bath &amp; Body Works candles are usually the top brand most people go for, and I get why.</p>

<ul><li>They’re available nationwide, in stores and online.&nbsp;</li><li>A wide variety of scents.</li><li>Cool naming and packaging (hello “Sweater Weather”)</li></ul>

<p>My favorite fall candles from Bath &amp; Body Works are <strong><a href="https://www.bathandbodyworks.com/p/leaves-3-wick-candle-026309146.html?cgid=all-candles" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Leaves</a></strong> and <strong><a href="https://www.bathandbodyworks.com/p/pumpkin-apple-3-wick-candle-026299254.html?cgid=all-candles" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pumpkin Apple</a></strong>.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/R8AZYO7t3-G1snGRpZcJ9nMjqsFYURTktjSBRyktMy7lC0jYtS5RjrLyoEDrog7V-jYAinFeEPPUB8MDlK0cnIyKykJYNmMQiOUrngTWg1zLb7gk21S7W5lwrKDno2zINssxixB1" alt="bath &amp; body works candle leaves fall"/></figure></div>

<p>Now, you don’t have to go to this particular store. You can choose Yankee, or handmade candles from a local store.</p>

<p>You can even get a candle subscription, like Wickbox, go <a href="https://shrsl.com/3130i" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">check it out here</span></strong></a>.</p>

<p>But make sure you have at least one fall candle in your collection, it also doubles as a home decor object.</p>

<p></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Option 2: Oil diffusers</strong></h2>

<p>Ever since Young Living and DoTerra came into the picture, the oil diffuser industry has grown exponentially.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I’m not a fan of MLM’s, but oil diffusing can be a good thing. I use one to refresh a room’s scent and also, to help humidify, especially during colder months.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Aromatherapy is another topic in itself, but I’m not going there at the moment.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Either way, I believe an oil diffuser can also make your house smell like fall, if you use oil combinations like the following:</p>

<ul><li>Cinnamon + clove + nutmeg</li><li>Wild orange + cinnamon&nbsp;</li></ul>

<p>If you don’t want to support the big MLM companies, you can go for cheaper Amazon oil diffusers options, like these one:</p>

<p><strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3sfFHl6" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Essential Oil Diffuser Aromacare</a></strong> 600ml Cool Mist Humidifier- link <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3sfFHl6" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">here</a></strong></p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><a href="https://amzn.to/3sfFHl6" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/XT1ClaahP0yf2CSfvNHTwUCHU_cEYXvVmNMyqJc4CHVVlv40MGOfuUCMfnDwEnJFWKiiC12pL2Qyd6kX6axFm7b4hDAFjMiwVogfjBnmWchlhaCI2SSMUFB600Icd8QBepBDgWKm" alt="how to make your house smell like fall with oil diffusers"/></a></figure></div>

<p>Or this set of oil diffuser and oils to start with</p>

<p><strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3CMiv2H" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Ultimate Aromatherapy Diffuser &amp; Essential Oil Set</a></strong> &#8211; link <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3CMiv2H" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">here</a></strong></p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><a href="https://amzn.to/3CMiv2H" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/VrmgQaraGBOszmo4anE9kSo2Fd60JKDcF0hffNHIDLLI60cu2lD1HuFRKjaFE-bQxlcMJuv_0D1KDfhJskjJ6vmhjcRcGVzqsoHhlRb0deE86i6kZjFSOCnrDCrdybCscVVIUkJM" alt="oils and diffuser amazon set"/></a></figure></div>

<p>If you want a fancier looking oil diffuser, this <a href="https://aromatechscent.com/products/aromini" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Aroma Tech Aromini</strong></a> machine looks amazing, but it’s on the pricier side.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/_XSu6MAk9pBZVl4g3bQoEOXUCkmarnj5ZIgdYdtSbs_IZBgvc51gB1wUKBeIv93nZy8Z2g_MgjAd1LvFg1F_s4YS7EsGrXYrKttOXVxysYLlVhfI8Azh_f8L468E6TkWFXQ8I0hs" alt="aroma tech aromini oil diffuser"/></figure></div>

<p></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Option 3: Room sprays / Wall Plugin</strong></h2>

<p>Another great way to make your home smell like fall is to use room sprays or wall plugins.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Room Sprays, like this <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/2Xp5wDP" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Febreze</a> </strong>one, requires daily effort from your part. But if you sprayed it all over, it would leave a lingering, powerful scent.</p>

<p>Wall Plug-ins, on the other hand, require just a plug-in and a weekly or monthly change.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You can find cheaper options on Amazon, or you can go the Bath &amp; Body Works route, it doesn’t really matter.&nbsp;</p>

<p>For example, you can get 10 refills of the <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/37EkZ4L" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Air Wick Apple Cinnamon Plug In</a></strong> for $18.99 right now from Amazon (at the time of the posting this).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><a href="https://amzn.to/37EkZ4L" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/IT9uLPWSuzv6Hv5JE8CBh0yYjH-Kj9AJWCubuAGphpHmt64I5m3WTEI16L6AmOxUogs7WriAth_2iMI8ZMoWywi8xWPP1adhaHnLGaMssBOI9-F60NaHlCUQjsqZlfXsUR6obJK6" alt="air wick apple cinnamon plug in"/></a></figure></div>

<p></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Option 4: Homemade simmer pot</strong></h2>

<p>If you want to know how to make your house smell like fall in a natural and cheap way, the simmer pot is the way to go, in my opinion.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You just need a couple of simple ingredients and a pot of water.&nbsp;</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/33wcSeyGipinqaPuz4d-x9aCjF8L_fKw4ZjRyCdV9JiOLmJup_oVNRfCNDAXQpJalfqPodvCNbknKp3LbilwSeE9n0pfLYDhcd8nkLqilnsQd1Fhw3D0K9Poz0Q9YVFv722CVZCH" alt="simmer pot to make your house smell like fall"/></figure>

<p>Here’s how to make a fall simmer pot:</p>

<ul><li>Fill a large pot ¾ full of water</li><li>Add cinnamon sticks, apple slices, orange slices (or peels), vanilla, nutmeg, cranberries, etc.</li><li>Optional, you can also add a few drops of essential oils</li><li>Boil the water on a slow heat setting, but make sure the concoction doesn’t burn.</li></ul>

<p>And that’s how you make a homemade fall simmer pot. Feel free to add whatever ingredient you think might smell good during the colder months. </p>

<p>Now you&#8217;re all ready for fall! Prepare this, put on your <strong><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/amazon-cozy-slippers/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">cozy slippers</a></strong> and <strong><a href="https://cozyhomehacks.com/best-amazon-loungewear-sets/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">loungewear set</a></strong>, and just relax!</p>

<p></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Option 5: Cinnamon scented pinecones</strong></h2>

<p>This option would be great for people who like to do fall-inspired table centerpieces.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Adding cinnamon scented pinecones to it will not only make the table piece better, but also make the room smell like fall.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You can get them on Amazon <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3Az23Rr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">h</a><a href="https://amzn.to/3Az23Rr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">ere:</a></strong> <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3Az23Rr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Redolent Cinnamon Scented Pine Cones</a>&nbsp;</strong></p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><a href="https://amzn.to/3Az23Rr" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/O0cEO-Ki9jwYN4WsS1S0ST2shvPEKYhOLySkQe_ZrmoyvT5PkK2uGV95DPFfZzqgQ83rTbSirLsT75NrHWE3Xx-akZFUxSffNnAFFiGmzhV0SrrDWc-KRCB3BY0owdcS5kY7UM8a" alt="cinnamon scented pinecones how to make your house smell like fall"/></a></figure></div>

<p></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Option 6:&nbsp; Fall-scented cleaning products</strong></h2>

<p>The last way to make your house smell like fall is to use fall-scented cleaning products.</p>

<p>Mrs Meyers products are the best example for that, but you can use other brands, as well, of course.</p>

<p>The cool thing about these fall-scented products is that they are multi-purpose. You can use them for cleaning, but they also smell nice, so they can be a good way to make your home smell like fall. Two birds with one stone, am I right?</p>

<p>For example, you can try the <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3s5F1OR" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Mrs. Meyers Apple Cider Set</a></strong> that has a hand soap, a dish soap, and a multi-surface cleaner. Similarly, you can get it in the <strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3yBz5jl" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Acorn &amp; Spices</a></strong> scent.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter"><a href="https://amzn.to/3s5F1OR" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/7sE3rhLfCFPS0J_cLuzbSOkNgfHckeelOh8b2hW2tDrhH4lnkr7QVb82bHH8FoeyRGTrGzzU3G-AwSL3LF3w36TfHC99_OGBryQ7lIgOK7zMyikaVPz8q5DI2Li7TlpeVjIindrQ" alt="mrs meyers fall scented apple cider set"/></a></figure></div>

<p><strong>Conclusion</strong></p>

<p>In short, the answer to the question “how to make your house smell like fall” has 6 possible outcomes: candles, oil diffusers, room sprays / wall plug-ins, fall simmer pot, cinnamon scented pinecones and fall-scented cleaning products!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Which one is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!</p>

<p>Cozy slippers are probably one of the best inventions in the world. Especially for women with cold feet.</p>

<p>I’m the perfect person to ask. I have bad circulation, and even now, when I’m writing this, I’m wearing a pair of socks and some house slippers, and I still feel like I have cold feet.</p>

<p>Well, that’s where Amazon cozy slippers come into play. I love them. They’re extremely useful especially during winter times, when the temperature drops.&nbsp;</p>

<p>And now, since I do 80% work from home, I find them very comfortable to wear and they make me feel cozy.</p>

<p>Since my feet are enemies of the winter and I always want to be cozy, I got pretty good at picking cozy slippers in the last few years. I usually go for the slip-on, rubber sole, faux fur house slippers, but to each his own. Have your pick, there are so many options online!</p>

<p>I’ve compiled a list of my top 10 Amazon Cozy Slippers: all soft and fluffy, most with rubber soles, and all will definitely keep you warm. Some pairs, I already own, some are definitely on my wishlist.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Let me know which one is your favorite from the list of cozy slippers below:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3msFXKA" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">1. <strong>Women&#8217;s Cross Band Cozy Slippers.&nbsp;</strong></a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3msFXKA" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/4akrnj03sBI4C3rQaxJquns-joXzjHAIH70dZcWsQFHq0YRE0jXTbAAEfjcwRMTSJFWwUfMXvX0JxxCXs9FlemGg5TycM5t_F-L76gL7WuR-IYb2c4cXMQGi6xkokpz77ORaPI1h" alt="stylish cross band slippers faux fur" width="465" height="306"/></a></figure></div>

<p>I started the list with this model because I keep seeing it everywhere. It’s a very popular type of slipper at the moment, mostly because it resembles a normal flat sandal, but the faux fur makes it cozy. So if you want to feel good and stylish in the comfort of your home, get this pair. They also have it in pink or grey, if you don’t like the clean white version.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/31MahGr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">2. <strong>Women’s Animal Slippers</strong>.</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/31MahGr" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/wUpC6C1L2viMKxhco6ZZA6yy6i2GkZz60X_vQXh8IHV2eLHYHN9OQ1DjZSG1p-ek2mjj2yHEkS63KQoONBFoRdTh02hugioRl-Ok9u1_KMvG2pjvGByrHBm8aN5aKliETz6FWTvQ" alt="black animal cozy slippers cat ears" width="452" height="446"/></a></figure></div>

<p>These black cozy slippers are adorable. I added them to the list as a fun choice, but they can also be a great choice for people who like very light shoes. Because they are slip-ons and they mold around your feet, the slippers are light and you barely feel them. Bonus points for having mini cat ears.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3sV8jiT" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">3. <strong>Women’s Lightweight Slippers.</strong></a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3sV8jiT" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/GLDQ4s5oVyUq2tzCfyF0WUIIKh2C-6601G9B3coeaMPxZhm1YwQdXYokDY60J1qYnwLnRvbzyV2KYWH6I_1HlLz68XdZariQSaIUUyx5BbDYDiBnjhlSYW5JmXpVxMGx6_ZDoMTi" alt="cozy slippers non-slip blue" width="457" height="344"/></a></figure></div>

<p>These ones might give you a hospital vibe, but don’t let them fool you. They are 100% Cotton, with a rubber sole and they’re soft inside. No faux fur, so not too fluffy inside, but they are very soft and lightweight. This is a great Amazon find for cozy slippers.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3dwKh7y" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">4. <strong>Women&#8217;s Cozy Slippers Faux Fur Lined.</strong> &nbsp;</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3dwKh7y" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/1hti6IyNde0eafEb5DGt7Uv5H5ICrJKbs4QqsKVUU2ejSGec6grwC_DYEYAmVqWuRiX_ndNelF2MG_SciPznPpw-9LVuCMXNuYodRy2vBTGZA0lvBWM9t5jjq_6yCoAzPa6DKVb5" alt="pink cozy slippers" width="449" height="391"/></a></figure></div>

<p>The fuzzy pink cozy slippers can be a great choice, especially if you like an open heel. They are light-weight and faux fur lined, so they’re extra cozy. This pair can be easily worn both inside and outside, if that is your vibe. You can also gift them to friends and family, I bet your mom would love them.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3fCCxn4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">5. <strong>Women&#8217;s Corduroy Memory Foam Slippers with Coral Velvet Lining</strong>.</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3fCCxn4" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/2vQoXPtiHHjo75lFrTPZND4F50PwLB4NGMB3lt35S62VUleswLiB94vfoRAwikDHoobpLZ38VMLoLUqpDU1YHltF4TRQFKGNL4hpomdCAhHcQGPWQU68GlGHTNjJXBxrUt6MWuqI" alt="black slip on slippers with velvet lining" width="455" height="383"/></a></figure></div>

<p>I initially gravitated towards this pair of cozy slippers because of the color (black), and because they looked like a warmer pair of socks. But after reading a bit about them, I found out they actually have velvet lining, so that’s even better, because they’re lightweight and they keep your feet warm. They could also be a more elegant choice for the home, especially if you don’t like bulky slippers.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3undvwq" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">6. <strong>UGG Women&#8217;s Ansley Slipper.</strong> &nbsp;</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3undvwq" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/yDN_30leQjbANrs7tnf_z9UIXagO0KD_8i4FTKkhsyd5RkzBe-FLbOQAjG-y_GH8vRYjl62zEBR1pFP9ilynQ5U8KZ08YdM5ElR7Xw33sd2Pyc40igAALgiz-hxZllIjo-1gwMe1" alt="ugg ansley shoes" width="464" height="285"/></a></figure></div>

<p>If you’re going for a more high-end option, definitely check out the UGG Ansley slippers. They’re 100% Wool, with a rubber sole and a great design that reminds me of Gucci loafers. Cozy and fashionable, what more could you want? I love them so much, I’m thinking of saving up to get them for next winter.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3cQeXBx" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">7. <strong>Women&#8217;s Memory Foam Wool-Like Cozy Slippers.</strong>&nbsp;</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3cQeXBx" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/8UFLFd2iQY8ywWvpwvTIxI-pJq77ZXhy3ifHNNIQWY3rO11XnX9oY443dld4AH8kpBNk_gUqL4qYKgrIUAZ-2tm21pkIpY7hCK4ZrqGQzAMSxEiMR_jXmMbaNhrAxbR3BR1OlZlp" alt="wool-like cozy slippers with open heel" width="458" height="329"/></a></figure></div>

<p>This pair of cozy slippers are also a great option for people who like open heels slippers. They are machine washable and they have many colors to choose from. I think this specific pair suits a more farmhouse, mountainside type of vibe. They also seem pretty unisex, so your partner won’t feel too bad “stealing” them from time to time.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3wuHiVO" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">8. <strong>MUK LUKS Women&#8217;s Pull on Slipper.</strong> &nbsp;</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3wuHiVO" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/3-_5m0Dnpry6GZNzZYgJlU1yaqtZns1Oe3YIYNzruhNjJNx3P1LKsJDlTeM-CrTXu_K0VwTVyKl44PL0sRxnbqMPo48XtrlAnuOCZzFFPYPnzbw9x7vfr4v_h75OlrDwYboTgxz-" alt="muk luks pull-on's" width="468" height="359"/></a></figure></div>

<p>I fell in love with these pull-on slippers at first sight. The material looks great, they have a rubber sole, so you won’t slip, AND they’re available in many colors.&nbsp; They have that easy pull on style that I like and they seem really cozy. I could see myself wearing these at a cabin in the mountains, by the fireplace. Another pair added to my wishlist.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/3wvxACk" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">9. <strong>Women&#8217;s Cozy Memory Foam Slippers with Warm Plush Faux Fur Lining</strong>.&nbsp;</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/3wvxACk" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/wb5sgPn1zFWwJvpljCWC-lNHj-LgzuPatT5h8FhjdID-eR6uKdXEYmaJBY0qBxT8PxsJd8ZDedkTjvw-vZ9pvIVpjjQuDiDp9Hh_z70gTPCv8fs10feNrqLOKfMmJA7RkYm5DHZ4" alt="memory foam slippers with plush inside" width="468" height="373"/></a></figure></div>

<p>These cozy slippers seem chunky, but they are soft &amp; they are made out of a thermal wool-like blend. Bonus points for the memory foam and for the fact that they are machine washable. Great contender for best winter slippers, especially if you like them big and chunky.&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><a href="https://amzn.to/39I8oz4" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">10. <strong>UGG Women&#8217;s Scuffette Ii Slipper. </strong>&nbsp;</a></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter is-resized"><a href="https://amzn.to/39I8oz4" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><img loading="lazy" decoding="async" src="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/xDUPPTG9wYEj8X5QVOeMkrCWBmsB7_qjLIfKR1z0giU0aXAKcH9M-tJIfcS955AbBAuRmU3AN0Ts_PyGoOlVrXzPtkA480jj4r1hmxPA0DQB9GSKd6bN41n41TokU4eEtXGleCnI" alt="UGGS scuffette shoes" width="459" height="319"/></a></figure></div>

<p>Another high-end purchase, and yes, another UGG choice. Sorry, I can’t help myself, they have great, or should I say, cozy shoes. These ones have a sheepskin collar and suede exterior, and they look amazing. Another stylish option for the lis. Try them!</p>

<p>So here are my top 10 cozy slippers from Amazon. Which pair is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!&nbsp;</p>
